Billing questions
How allowances, invoices and cancellation work.

Annual plans are billed once, up front, for twelve months. Monthly plans are billed each month on the date you subscribed. Team plans are billed for the number of seats on the account at the start of each period.

Minutes of audio submitted to Sentien for processing, measured on the duration of the audio itself rather than on how long the request takes. Uploaded files and streamed audio are counted the same way.

Processing continues and the extra minutes are billed at €0.035 per minute, added to your next invoice. Nothing stops working and there is no separate top-up to buy.

No. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period. On team plans the allowance is pooled across all seats for the period, so an unused seat still contributes its minutes to the rest of the team.

You can change plan or cancel at any time from your account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
